This 36-apartment building has handsome, 2 bedroom apartments and each apartment is approximately 85m². Designed to resemble terrace houses, the apartments are "stepped" in a three-storey building to maximise views and sun, with a choice of balcony or courtyard and secure covered parking. The Randerson apartments are located in the north-east corner of Selwyn Village, Point Chevalier – a village with history abounding.
