Originally built as rental and rest home accommodation, this tower was fully refurbished as a modern 48 apartment complex in 2002. Lichfield’s 6-storeys gaze out over the Waitemata and provide 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. A lap pool, library, computer room, gym, function room and dining room are also located within the building.
